Shipping and Shipping a Return
Your satisfaction is our goal. If you would like to reach us, don’t hesitate to e-mail us at sales@RoseBotanicalsInc.com. All of our orders go out within 1-3 business days. If there is a delay on our end for any reason, we will send an email to let you know.
Most packages will be provided with a tracking number, which we include in our customer confirmation emails.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide a precise delivery date for pre-orders. We appreciate your patience while waiting for your pre-order to be delivered.
If an order was shipped to the wrong address and is being returned to the sender, please contact us. We’ll double check that the address it was shipped to matches the address provided to us. If we put the wrong address on a package, we’ll ship a replacement on our dime ASAP. Otherwise, we are happy to resend the package once it is returned to us for $3.75.
We cannot reimburse our customers for the shipping costs of returning an item and must deduct the shipping cost from the refund total. We ship all our products as fast as possible, but depending on the buyer’s location, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach them may vary.
For items over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive any returned items. For all orders over $1000 we require “signature on delivery”, and the shipping and billing addresses must match. We have this policy to ensure protection for our clients and to help eliminate fraud.
Refunds and Returns
If you feel that you are entitled to a refund on your purchase, please send your order back along with a receipt or proof of purchase within 30 days of receiving your product(s). After that time, per our return policy, we can no longer offer a refund or exchange. Partial refunds in certain circumstances may be granted at the sole discretion of the company.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send a notification email. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved. If so, the refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to the credit card or original method of payment within 30 days.
Note on Use: Everyone’s experience with CBD is a little different and there’s no guaranteed or standard reaction. Some people find a very small amount of CBD to be what they need while others take much more; CBD is a very personalized supplement and may not be effective for some individual’s specific goals. In addition, the advice and claims we can make are limited by restrictions placed on dietary supplements by the FDA—please consider reading scholarly articles on the efficacy of CBD for your circumstances. It’s also important to understand that you won’t necessarily feel anything when using CBD (there’s no mental or physical high).
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 11 business days, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@RoseBotanicalsInc.com
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@RoseBotanicalsInc.com
Information We Collect
We collect information from you when you place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey or fill out a form. When ordering or registering on our website, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, phone number and credit card information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously, except that when you visit our site some information is automatically collected. This may include information such as the Operating System (OS) running on your device, Internet Protocol (IP) address (which may be used to obtain your geolocation), access times, browser types, language, and the website you visited before our website. We also collect information about how you use our website, including the elements you have interacted with, metadata and other details about these elements and actions.

Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, except upon the sale of substantially all of the assets of Rose Botanicals, Inc. and except for the purpose of delivering the purchased product or service.
We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal identifiable information to outside parties, except we may disclose such information to trusted third parties that assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing your request, so long as the parties agree to keep the information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our website policies and Terms and Conditions, or protect ours or other rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
We may display online advertisements. In those cases, we share aggregated and non-identifying information about our website visitors and customer collected through the registration process as well as online surveys and promotions. In some instances, we use aggregated and non-identifying information to deliver tailored advertisements. For example, if an advertiser describes an audience they are trying to reach, then we may display or send the advertisement to the intended audience. We do not share your personal information with these advertisers.
We will make all legally required disclosures of any breach of security, confidentiality, or integrity of your unencrypted electronically stored “personal data” (as defined in applicable state statutes concerning security breach notification) to you via email or conspicuous posting on the website as promptly as possible taking into account the needs of law enforcement or any reasonable steps necessary to determine the scope of the breach and restore the integrity of the website and our system.
When visitors to our website send email inquiries to us, we do not use the email for any other purpose than to correspond about the issue unless the visitor has also expressly requested to be included in our marketing communications.
This website does not knowingly target children under the age of 13, and we do not collect the personal information from any child under the age of 13. If we learn that such information has been provided to us via the website, we will delete or destroy it. If you believe that personal information about your child or any other child under the age of 13 has been transmitted to our website, then please contact us.

We value your privacy and have taken steps to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act; therefore, we will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.
